Lamp Refresh Reveal
Hi y'all! I finished up my lamp refresh and I'm so happy with how it turned out. You can see the before here . It's amazing what just a little Rub n Buf can do to change the appearance of a finish. I've had these lamps for years and while they aren't really my style any more, as I said in my previous post , I just can't part with them. There's just something about them that pulls at my heartstrings. That being said, I decided a change in finish would help them fit better with my decor. The Rub n But in Spanish Copper gave the lamp bases a more realistic finish and the darkened copper look blends so much better with the finishes in the rest of the room. I let some of the original finish peek through for a more authentic look. Here's a picture of the lamp before. And this is after the Rub n Buf.
