Fall Home Tour/Owner's Suite

Image
Hello again friends! Thank you so very much for stopping by my little blog today.  As we continue touring our home for fall, today we are looking at our owner's suite.  My favorite feature of this room is the little vestibule you must pass through to enter. I have placed a chalk painted, vintage hall tree in this space and the little lamp & candle provide such a cozy glow. You get a peek of this room from the living area and I love seeing a glimpse of my Kirklands blanket ladder with seasonal throws on display. I have another blanket ladder on the opposite side of the bed. Since we built our current home, we hardwired them this time and they cast off the most beautiful, soft light.  They were just $30 for the pair!  This little faux firepla...

Fall Home Tour/Kitchen

Image
Hi friends! I am so glad you are here to see what's up in my kitchen for fall 2022. Grab that pumpkin spice or your favorite fall drink and enjoy the tour!  Let's make a quick stop at the coffee bar! And light a fall candle! This one is Snicker doodle by Warm Glow Candle Company. This chair had been in my husband's office until recently. We purchased a sleeper sofa for that room last week, so I was very happy to bring this beautiful chair into our kitchen! We have a cute corner chalkboard and table & chairs for our sweet 16 month old grandson. We made the lantern holder from an old bed post that belonged to my parents. The view outside our kitchen windows right now is heavenly!  My friend Erin made me the cute hot cocoa cutting board. Again, thank you so much for stopping by and visiting my fall kitchen tour. I will be back soon with our master bedroom all decked out for fall. Hope y'all will stop back! Join me at these link parties: Inspire Me Monday LouLou Girls ...

Fall Home Tour/Entry & Living Room

Hi friends! I am so happy you stopped by to see what I've done around our home for fall.  We built this home in 2021 when we moved from Wisconsin to northern Kentucky to be near our daughter, son in law and new grandson. Welcome in! Today I am sharing the front entry and our living room spaces.  As you enter through our front door, on the left side is our stacked stone wall - one of my favorite features of our home.  Copper rust and green is one of the main color schemes in our home year round, so the decor really takes center stage in the fall with just a few additions. Across from the stone wall you will find a console table overflowing with fall decor and vintage items. I absolutely adore our fireplace sconces - they use long Edison bulbs and look so cozy at night. They were an inexpensive Home Depot online find. The little rocker was my mom's and always sat by my parents fireplace. Our nieces, nephews and our daughter all took turns sitting in it over the years. It is...
